About the role
The Finance group will play a key role in delivering WEL’s strategy; ensuring we provide the business with support, guidance, monitoring and reporting on how we are progressing with implementing the strategy. As a result we have a created a new Management Accountant role to support this.
We have a friendly and collaborative team culture and will be looking for a candidate with a good fit.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with the business to help inform decision-makers, and positively influence outcomes
- Preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reports for a number of business areas, as well as projects
- Provide support with financial modelling, business cases, and investment due diligence as needed
Skills and experience
- Business partnering experience and a friendly, collaborative approach
- Finance/Accounting tertiary qualification, with a CA/CPA highly regarded
- Strong communication and written skills, as well as strong numerical and Excel skills
- Financial modelling experience will be highly regarded
- Positive professional attitude, self-driven, and eager to learn and develop
