About the role

As Administration Team Leader, you will lead the corporate administration team; managing the overall administration function and providing administration support to the business.

This role is suited to a senior administrator, someone who can hit the ground running and who has experience leading people. You will need to be adaptable in this varied role in which you will wear a few different hats, providing assistance across the business and no two days will be the same!

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administration support to the business and manage the day to day running of the administration function
  • Leadership of the administration team, covering their roles when required
  • Provide back up for the Chief Executive’s EA
  • Assist in ad hoc project work when needed

Skills and experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in a corporate administration environment
  • Proven people leadership experience
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of programmes
  • Agile and adaptable, with a strong customer service focus
