About the role

As our IS team embarks on some significant pieces of work, we require extra temporary Business Analysis support to join our team (for an 18 month fixed term), to assist in the delivery and implementation of technology solutions within WEL.

As a Business Analyst, reporting to our IS Programme Manager, you will help implement technology solutions in an effective way by determining the requirements of a project and communicating them clearly to stakeholders.


  • Business Analysis - Understand and analyse user and business needs
  • Implement viable business solutions, improvements and efficiencies
  • Identify and explore opportunities for service and business improvement
  • Manage stakeholder relationships

Skills and experience

  • Tertiary qualification in IT/IS or related field
  • Formal Business Analyst qualification preferable
  • Significant experience in a similar role in an IS environment
  • Experience with GIS and/or SAP advantageous
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
