About the role
As a team leader you will provide effective leadership to the team by ensuring all work is conducted safely, efficiently and up to standards as well as ensuring that the team is equipped with the correct equipment to perform their duties effectively. You will also provide electrical distribution network repairs, maintenance and construction services for WEL’s network.
About you
We are looking for someone who has:
- An Electrical Trade qualification with 2+ years of experience post qualification
- The ability to work un-supervised in a safe and efficient manner
- Natural leadership skills and the desire to build on them
- A proactive, collaborative and positive working style
- A strong commitment to ensuring the Health and Safety of themselves and those around them
- Good communication skills (written and oral) and basic computer skills
