About the role
As a Contract Manager - Vegetation & Traffic Management you will be responsible for managing our external arborist and traffic management providers, ensuring they deliver safe, compliant and efficient services that align with operational delivery needs, outage schedules and safety requirements. You’ll monitor performance, build strong partnerships, and report back on outcomes while driving continuous improvement across both service areas. The role also plays a key part in outage readiness and storm response support.
What you’ll bring
- An appropriate tertiary level qualification or equivalent experience
- A recognised qualification in Contract Management is desirable but not essential
- Proven experience in contract management and delivery of major projects
- Industry knowledge of health and safety, electricity, resource management and building legislation, codes of practice, electricity industry rules, construction industry
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
